San Diego's nonprofit housing Opportunities Collaborative (HOC) came to the aid of several hundred victims of a massive real estate fraud scheme by holding a special HOME Clinic for those victims on June 14, 2008 at the Hall of Justice. The event included local HUD approved housing counseling agencies, including Springboard, and over 80 families having difficulty keeping their homes received counseling. |
