Springboard was the only organization that helped to determine what options/programs was available to assist homeowners that had fallen behind on their mortgage payments. They went through my entire budget and to determine if I qualified for any assistance. They were very thorough, professional and polite.
Only suggestion I have is to spread the word of their services. It is certainly beneficial and comforting to have an organization that will work through your financial problems as opposed to badgering and degrading an individual.

She talked to me for two plus hours and then stayed on the line while I talked to the Mortgage Co. Within a day, I received the forms and had them completed and back to Wells Fargo within five days. I found you by referral from the HUD.gov site. I was put in touch with a counselor named Damien. He not only was helpful but appeared to genuinely care about me (and my not so happy situation). He made me feel as if I was his only client. This skill I believe is not learned but people just have it. He kept saying he was glad that I called and that he could help me. I don’t like where I am at right now with my situation, but he showed me by his skill and concern that there is a solution and that all will work out eventually.
I think what you have here is such a help to people. It can be so confusing and I am jaded that people will give me erroneous information or it is a ploy to get me to pay for services and such.
