Announcing the FIT Academy Podcast from Credit.org

FIT Academy Podcast

We’re proud to announce a new podcast from credit.org’s FIT Academy. This podcast is available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever podcasts are available.

Our first episode is about debt reduction. We lean on our five decades of nonprofit service to offer concise, useful advice for our clients and consumers. This includes discussing strategies people should avoid when working to eliminate debt, and what is the best approach to reducing debt and becoming “fiscally FIT”.

One of our goals for the podcast series is to give people an opportunity to improve their fiscal fitness while working on their physical fitness. So, we invite you to subscribe and listen to our podcast while working out, walking on the treadmill, working in the yard, walking the dog, etc. In fact, any time you want some targeted tips and advice to improve your financial literacy, our podcast is a great way to get it.

Every episode will have a special guest to offer our perspective on the episode topic. Episode 2 is live and focuses on Saving vs. Wealth Building. What’s the difference? How should one go beyond just accumulating savings and toward building real wealth?

The podcast can be found via Apple Podcasts here.
