At credit.org, the well-being of our employees and clients is our top priority. We are encouraging our employees to make the necessary arrangements for the health and safety of their families and loved ones.
Notwithstanding, client satisfaction is what we continuously strive for, which is why we will do everything we can to ensure your services and access to credit.org are not compromised.
In order to do this, we are making changes to our traditional work setting:
- We are changing to a remote work environment. We have the necessary tools, systems, and equipment in place to ensure our team can work together while physically apart.
- We have temporarily suspended all in-person counseling, classes, and workshops until further notice. Our online homebuyer education courses and remote coaching services remain available to you.
If you hear dogs barking, noisy neighborhood traffic, or doorbells ringing during your phone call – we, too, are adjusting to this new “normal” work environment. Through all those background sounds, we are seriously dedicated to you and your needs.
We understand that on your side, you might also face some challenges:
- Our commitment to you is unwavering, but we realize that you also have other priorities at this time.
- Your limitations are our limitations. We will do our best to adapt to your requests and continue to have resources and services available to you during this uncertain time.
