Welcome! Our team at Navicore Solutions is excited to service the Debt Management Plan (DMP), which you began with Credit.org. Starting December 9th, Navicore Solutions will handle all aspects of your DMP. Your monthly servicefee and creditor terms will stay the same, and your repayment plan will not be disrupted. However, we do require a few updates for our records.

Important Payment Information
· Direct Debit Clients: If you currently pay by direct debit, we will continue to draft your payments. You will soon receive a new Direct Debit Authorization Form in the mail. Until then, your payment date may be adjusted forward or backward by up to 5 days.
Monthly payments will be drafted on the 1st, 5th, 10th,15th, 20th, or 25th to ensure your creditors continue to receive timely payments.
