Período de espera de tres días
Después de recibir estas divulgaciones (a veces denominadas «divulgaciones de la Sección 32»), su préstamo no podrá continuar hasta que hayan transcurrido 3 días hábiles. No hay forma de eludir este período de espera. Después del período de 3 días, si aún desea continuar, puede firmar el contrato de préstamo y formalizar el préstamo.
Si su prestamista infringe esta ley, usted podrá demandarlo por infringir los requisitos de divulgación de la HOEPA.
